About us
Trinity Mentorship Program is a nonprofit organization that will provide mentoring for high school students in Osceola County, Florida. The mentorship program will partner with local high schools, with a focus on the county’s homeless youth population. The goal behind Trinity Mentorship Program is to help students develop strong interpersonal skills, improve their academic performance, and give them a sense of hope despite their current circumstances. Through building personal relationships with our clients, program leaders will enable at-risk youth to take individual responsibility, which will give them the drive and commitment to progress on the path to adulthood with a sense of accomplishment and pride. Most at-risk youth do not experience a positive transition to adulthood because they lack clear and consistent guidance. Therefore, the struggles of their parents become their own. Many experience continuous strains and failures in the classroom and develop destructive habits and behaviors. Many also lose the drive and
hope to accomplish their purpose.
our founder
Nicole Doctor-Reid
Nicole Doctor-Reid began her studies at the University of Technology in Jamaica majoring in Hospitality Management. Nicole moved to North Miami, Florida and completed her degree in Hospitality Management. Nicole continued her studies at Florida International University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality
Management. Upon receiving her bachelor’s degree, Nicole moved to Boston, MA so she could hone in on her skills in the Hospitality Industry. Over a short period of time Nicole worked her way up the ranks and soon took the role of Assistant Front Office Manager. In 2007 God placed on Nicole’s heart his plan for her. His plan was for her to move to Orlando, Florida. However, this seemed like a bad idea because during the move to Orlando the country went into recession. Nicole was obedient to God’s instructions and moved to Orlando Florida. Unable to find a job in hospitality,
Nicole took a job in the hotel industry and retained a job with OfficeMax IMPress. Her employment gave her the idea to start a small resume writing service and turn it into something big. However, Nicole felt that she would be of more assistance to youths and those in need if she continued her higher education. After completing her studies at Mountain State University in 2010, Nicole received a Master’s of Science in Strategic Leadership. Transitioning to the field of Higher Education Nicole has gained 14 years experience, partnering, supporting, and leading Online Enrollment and Admission teams for several universities. Nicole has since completed her academic journey and has earned her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University.
